Refund policy

At Orbi, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility
You may return items within 180 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact orbi.help@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers must purchase and pay for their own return shipping label when sending an item back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
